I had the kindest and most positive interaction today! I have been coming to the Yoga Flow community classes for roughly a year, and every instructor I have had is great (I also attended their Wu Tang Flow, which was so fun).
For the community classes, the instructors tend to rotate, I assume depending on who is available to volunteer their time or who is completing their training.
I am in the middle of a move so half of my stuff is at each house and I’m constantly forgetting things but today as I arrived at the studio, I realized I didn’t have pants. I wore a skirt to work so I was not gonna be able to attend the class without getting arrested....read full review

Really enjoying classes here. Sign ups are easy and each instructor has a different style. However, the times are super inconvenient and it is a little pricey for how many people squeeze in there!

I LOVE (love love) this yoga studio. I am originally from Murrysville. My parents still live here and so when I go home to visit I make time to come to yoga at least every few days. I love the heat, I love the instructors, I love the intensity (most of the classes are on the more intense side in my experience). Its only 5 minutes from my parents house, and when I am visiting them I need all the release! I wish I had this studio five minutes from my house to be honest!
I keep a pack of classes here for whenever I go back to visit so I can get some me time since my parents require a lot of care.
