“If you are ever having any type of pest problems this is where you should come. I used to use they services over on 5th street for my first home in Cheltenham. His products gets to the root of the problem and I didn’t have a problem for 1 whole year. Now I live in the West Philly I’m a apartment infested with roaches and I went to his west philly location. I highly recommend. This stuff keeps them out my apartment until I move from this GOD forsaken place.“

“I contacted Boro when I needed a second opinion on a termite treatment recommendation from a larger company I had already been working with. I'm so glad that I did so, as their counsel spared me of a high, unnecessary cost.The first company I had worked with initially helped with eradication of carpenter bees, with follow-on quarterly treatments. Part of my year of treatments was a "free" termite inspection that turned into a suspicious sales push. Boro came in to save the day with a more realistic assessment of my termite risk.The first time on the phone with Boro, they already spent ample time to ask about the structure of my home and my own observations of termite activity within the house (which were none). Already through this phone call, I quickly gained confidence that it was not nearly as urgent as the other company claimed for me to spend thousands on a superfluous termite treatment. Boro told me the truth even though it would not gain them any new sales.At no cost to myself, they sent an expert to inspect my basement and first floor anyways, providing further confirmation that I need not expect risk to my home because of many factors like the basement being unfinished, the density of the old hardwood, and the elevation of the first floor above grade. I even offered to pay for this inspection, but Rob from Boro insisted that it was no big deal. I learned a lot from my inspector Brian too, who was quite generous in his time. It was moreover plainly enjoyable to hear about his experience and expertise in this field.I almost wish I did have a pest problem now so that I could give Boro my business. I'll be certain to reach out to them for any new pest control needs from now on. Boro tells the truth, even to their own disadvantage. This is priceless.“
