I was cutting grass and notice water in the lawn but, it had not rain in days. I knew I had a leak somewhere in my yard. I call Homeserve and they came out the next day and dug up what needed to be dug up and fixed the leak. That easy and that simple. The whole process from starting a claim to repair was like magic. Though I wasn't exactly thrilled about needing a new water heating unit, it was time. Jermaine was honest, focused on the task, kept us up-to-date, and completed the installation without issue. He also made us aware of previous installations that were botched from a service we used before Roto-Rooter. The price for new unit and installation was extremely reasonable as we were quoted an insanely high price from the last hvac service (without asking) that had came to service our central air unit. Called Metz for a second opinion. They scoped the line and were able to fix it with a liner. No excavation needed.
