Currently completing a remodel and the customer wanted some of the same fixtures in the bathroom. Spent 5 minutes inside and they had the model I needed. Great service and support pleasant staff! Minutes off of Rt 79.

I had exceptional service with Jill Cook, a few years ago when the store was under construction she helped me pick out beautiful bathroom fixtures and this year I went back for a new kitchen sink and faucet. She found a discontinued Elkay quartz sink that I had been trying to find. I had called several stores all around the country and couldn't find one. I aso picked out a faucet that was out of stock and she called the sales rep and found it for me and had it delivered to my house. She's very easy to work with and goes out of her way for her customers. You would never get that kind of service in a big box store. The fixtures in Nicklas are beautiful and high quality.
