“The technician performed a system check and determined an a/c unit had a failing capacitor. Although it didn’t need to be changed right away, running at 50%, I decided to change it because of the intense heat and didn’t want to be without A/C at some point this summer. He changed it and the unit sounded better when it started up. Thank you! Appreciated his wearing shoe covers in the house. Could have washed hands prior to touching interior surfaces and cleaned up debris left from attic access, but all in all a very good experience. Thank you.”
