Tom came out to our house on last minute notice with our AC out during this heatwave. Tom is a genuine man and helped us out, and even called us the day after to ensure everything was working properly. Many small biz HVAC companies today are owned by private equity, not Tom. These guys are the BEST. Just had them over to troubleshoot a leak when our A/C unit was on. They figured it out quickly, cleared the clogged A/C drain.

I’ve had them install a new furnace, two new A/C units, and replace a heat pump on our separate garage/apartment combo unit. All done pro, fair price, responsive, friendly service. Tom took great care to review all warranty paperwork from the manufacturer with me and reinforce the importance to send it in. He also gave a lot of great tips around how to optimize performance of the A/C units by cleaning them periodically and keeping objects a reasonable distance away like shrubs etc.

We turned our AC Unit on for the first time this year and were not getting cold air. We called Cranberry Heating & Cooling to come out and take a look. They were at our house within 3-4 hours after our call. They inspected our AC Unit and said we were going to need need to fully replace it. The unit was from October 1991 so no surprise there. Tom and Tim had a recommendation of moving the new unit to a different location for better efficiency. The original owners of the home had it located under the deck due to a swimming pool.
