Smelled the natural gas tracer in the are of our gas furnace. Called Eric, the owner of Titan. He had given me his personal phone number when furnace was installed years ago. He was responsive, as always. Jeff a young technician came to house. He methodically checked areas for a leak, at first all seemed good! But he was persistent. Jeff found 3 pistons weren’t closing all the way. Replacement part came in quickly and promptly installed. So much appreciated the quality of service!

Titan has done a nice job for us over the years. During a recent cold snap, our boiler was making some loud noises which had never occurred before. Titan responded quickly and their technician Tim was able to diagnose the issue immediately and fix it very quickly. Highly recommend Titan.

Titan HVAC installed my new Carrier Infinity 97% furnace today. Alex and Tim were on time and worked diligently for almost 6 hours until completion and clean up. They gave me answers to my questions and explained the new thermostat settings. The installation process was as smooth and transparent as the sales process. Thankfully I have switched from my previous HVAC provider.
