We woke up this morning with no heat. ? Our regular HVAC people were totally booked but kindly referred us to North Pittsburgh Heating Co. I called and spoke with Kaitlyn (? sp) who kindly set up a service call. A very professional gentleman was able to come out within a few hours. I wish I knew his name so I could mention it here. He discovered the issue, fixed the problem, and got the heat going again. He was punctual and extremely professional, as was Kaitlyn. We couldn't have had a better experience. HIRE THIS COMPANY! 5 stars is just not enough. Seriously was your house freezing cold when you got up this morning even though the furnace was on? Call North Pittsburgh Heating. Did you wake up in the middle of the night soaked in sweat because your A/C kicked the bucket in the middle of July? Call North Pittsburgh! You will not regret it. We had a great experience at North Pgh Heating and Cooling. Tim the manager worked with us on a price match and got our unit installed quickly and professionally. Tim emailed and kept in contact with me at all times through the entire sales process. I feel very confident they will help me in the future if I later need them for future repairs.
