Long story short, we used another company with our home warranty company and were not happy. I called Christy, and Shawn came out to help. He was so professional in dealing with the home warranty representative over the phone with me, which I really appreciated. “Pioneer installed our heating and air conditioning system when we built our home in 1997. They have been our "go to" hvhc technicians ever since. The entire team, starting with Colleen in the front office, the technicians, and Rick the owner are all professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicate well throughout the service experience. We schedule our annual heating and annual air conditioning preventative/routine maintenance services with Colleen. She is courteous and professional, and works to link up our schedules with Rick's availability. Twice a year, Rick checks our furnance and heat pump and together we do what we can to extend the longevity of it. When we decided to replace our hvhc system with a new Trane system, due to age and energy efficiency, Rick gave us a very competitive quote and thoroughly discussed the installation process. The team installed the new system in two days since we decided to change the heat pump location. The installation was clean and well done. Rick and the guys patiently fished lines through the ceiling drywall of our finished basement, used line hide material to neatly cover up the lines in our finished garage, and ran the electrical lines in a clean and neat fashion from the breaker box to the outside units. They carefully drilled the hole through our foundation for the heat pump lines. We went with line hide material for the lines running across the garage ceiling. Rick was willing to work the lines inside the garage drywall but we said no because the line hide material was fine with us - it looks clean and neat....and it's a garage. The previous heat pump location outside was cleaned up - old lines cut and caulked, electrical lines disconnected, concrete slab removed, and all trash picked up.I cannot stress how professional, technically knowledgeable, responsive and courteous the entire team is at Pioneer. I highly recommend them for any and all of your hvhc needs. You will be very pleased.“

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The cold plate freezer in my ice cream truck went down suddenly two weeks ago. I called so many places that shut me down saying they don’t work on cold plates or, if they did, that they wouldn’t be able to help me for a least a month. A lot of places didn’t even have the decency to return my call. I was devastated! A replacement cold plate is $10,000 and converting to an inverter would be a major hassle- not to mention the major task of removing the cold plate freezer from my truck. At first, I didn’t call Fugh because they are pretty far from me and I assumed they would say it’s too far. Feeling hopeless, I just started down the Google maps list and called every number. When I called Fugh, they were so nice and said they could send someone out the next day. They called back and said they had a guy in the area and they could come out the same day instead, if I wanted. Dillon was the serviceman that arrived and we requested a recharge of the system to see if that would solve the problem, which would be the least expensive route. Unfortunately everything leaked out by the next morning. I called back to let them know and they sent Dillon back out a few days later. He was able to find the leak and fixed it and also added a high side port on the compressor to make things easier if I need to have it serviced in the future. My freezer is now working better than it has in a long time! So thank you Fugh Refrigeration and Dillon for saving my beloved cold plate and my business!“

“Smelled the natural gas tracer in the are of our gas furnace. Called Eric, the owner of Titan. He had given me his personal phone number when furnace was installed years ago. He was responsive, as always. Jeff a young technician came to house. He methodically checked areas for a leak, at first all seemed good! But he was persistent. Jeff found 3 pistons weren’t closing all the way. Replacement part came in quickly and promptly installed. So much appreciated the quality of service!“
