We noticed a rotten egg smell near the furnace. Normally a DIY kind of guy, but with the risks a gas leak creates for my family it was time to call someone I could trust to get the job done right the first time. I had called another company in November to do a maintenance check. I was told I had a crack in heating element and would need a new furnace. I got a second opinion and Zeigler came out and took everything apart and there were not any cracks. They showed me everything they were doing and proved to me there was nothing wrong with my furnace. They saved me not having to pay $6000 for a new furnace when I didn’t need to. I have learned to get a second opinion when something doesn’t sound right. They were pleasant and had no problem with me watching and asking questions.

I had catastrophic failure of a part in my furnace. I thought for sure it was going to be a full replacement. Lucas came promptly and quickly fixed the part that was broken.
