Don't use this company they are very unprofessional I paid them for 2 separate jobs on 11/9/23 and now as i speak the work is uncompleted they have not even completed the first one and the funny part about it he refusing to give my money back,he made over 10 appointment to come and do the job and never show up he appears nice but don't fall for it,his wife is their so call manager receiving payments.
This review is the same I just wrote on another company. Same situation. I called and someone was supposed to call in 15 minutes. I received no call that day. Called the next day and was told someone would call by the end of the day. No call by the end of the day. I gave 2 stars only because the people on the phone were nice, not effective but nice.
I had two scheduled appointments for someone to come. Both times NEITHER the customer service or the “technician” call to say they were running late or needed to reschedule. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend if you value your own time and patience.
