They were able to schedule us in a reasonable amount of time and the contracting and billing was made very simple with their website and app. Our project manager was friendly, available, and handled any issues that occurred quickly and without hassle. He kept a close eye on the work and ensured quality.
The main guy who worked on our bathroom, Steve, was so friendly, respectful, communicative, and professional. He talked us through things, answered questions, and had a real eye for small details. He also cleaned up entirely before he left each day. I was shocked at how little dust and debris was tracked out. They put carpet protection down and were just very tidy. He also developed a special bond with our Bernese mountain dog lol. She waited for him by the door every morning. He felt like part of the fam by the end.
