Mark Morela from Bob Means came to our home to dig up and replace a cracked drain pipe just above the floor in our laundry room. As he began excavating the area, it was discovered that the galvanized pipe under the concrete floor had rusted and needed replaced. As the job became bigger and more digging was required, Mark made sure to explain things and showed us what he was finding. Thank goodness this was discovered when it was as the rusted pipes leaking water under the floor could have eventually affected the foundation. Everything is now working as it should, and we felt it was reasonably priced for the job. We appreciated Mark’s professionalism, outgoing nature and keeping us in the loop on everything.
