“We had an emergency leak in our plumbing. Joe Rothermel from Mike Leonard came to check out our problem. Joe determined the problem was a clog between our house and the septic. Joe with the help of another Mike Leonard plumber worked to get the clog out and to improve the outflow pipe. Both plumbers were very courteous and obviously experienced. They cleaned up from all of their work. Pricing was very fair too! I definitely will call them again for my next plumbing need.“

“Got the job done but probably won’t use again if we need a plumber. Showed up almost 30 min late to our set apt without an apology, I understand apts can run late but didn’t bother even calling us to let us know. Did about 20 min of work then was out in their van for another 5 or so, I think getting paperwork ready. Charged us for the full hour of work, the least you could do is charge your work appropriately. 25 min of work should not be charged your full hour rate especially after being so late to our apt.Service: Drain cleaning“

I spoke with a Walters rep who suggested I reach back out to the manufacturer because I was probably covered under warranty (relatively new system) and could save some money. The next morning we had Sam from Walters come out to service the alarm. It was a quick fix and no charge thanks to Walters' suggestion. Every Walters rep was polite, professional, and friendly. They definitely have our business from here out!“
