Taylor came out to our business to remove two water fountains. He was very friendly, smiled, and professional. He did a great job and was just a great guy all around. Would recommend him for your next job.

We lost power on July 4th for over 48 hours and our sump pump wasn't functioning. We called 1-Tom on Monday morning and they were there the same afternoon despite other companies saying they weren't able to do anything since our power was out. Nathan and another young man assessed our sump pump and were able to provide us with a solution and estimate. They also have financing resources if needed. This morning, the next day after their assessment, Nathan returned and was able to convert our sump pump into one with a backup battery in case the power goes out, we won't be stressed and having to manually empty it every couple hours around the clock again.
