Started having problems with our Ecoflow Septic system and called the manufacturer who gave me Walters as authorized reps. I spoke with a Walters rep who suggested I reach back out to the manufacturer because I was probably covered under warranty (relatively new system) and could save some money. The next morning we had Sam from Walters come out to service the alarm. It was a quick fix and no charge thanks to Walters' suggestion. Every Walters rep was polite, professional, and friendly. They definitely have our business from here out!

Tim did an amazing Job locating the septic .It was hard to find .We hired a different company to excavate and found a 3 Chamber septic exactly where Tim sayd it would be thank you so much

I got a septic tank inspection and pumping done at my home in West Hanover. The technician inspecting the system was very thorough and explain to me in detail everything he was doing. I am very satisfied with the service, and would recommend them to anyone with a septic tank.
