Reviews
From the moment we met BiiLT in 2020 they were a different kind of company. They patiently responded to our requests for updated quotes for three years until we were finally able to finance our new the addition.
Some highlights:
- Their professionalism is top notch.
- They always responded to our questions, even when it looked like we may never get started (they still respond if I have questions or concerns a full month after sign off)
- we always felt comfortable opening dialog any time we had an idea during the build
- this is what really sold me - I never felt for a second that they would rather talk to my husband than me
I am always happy to recommend BiiLT to anyone with a home project.
Thank you to Brent, Ryan, Alesha and the BiiLT team, for making our dreams of a larger house a reality!
My wife and I interviewed 12 contractors and from first meet, Biilt stood above the rest. During the quote process, they were communicative and respectful of our time. They showed genuine interest in our bathroom project and dialogued ideas and possibilities with us. The design they shared with us was exactly what we were looking for and the quote was lower than the others we had by quite a bit. Interviewing contractors is exhausting but in every way Biilt stood out as the best option. The level of professionalism and respect truly stood out.
They were able to schedule us in a reasonable amount of time and the contracting and billing was made very simple with their website… read full review
