“I had to go in to ask a couple question about my situation and things got really complicated however, the front desk lady, Keyonia, genuinely was so kind and so helpful. She was so patient and even when I couldn’t understand something she explained step by step and got me the help I needed. I definitely do think the center needs to fix their automated voice calls because all the numbers it directs to are either always busy or just hangs the phone up right away. But the customer service was phenomenal and I hope to come back and see her for future needs!!“

He is a sincere, professional and skilled Doctor and a definite "keeper" as far as I am concerned :-) The office is located in a new building in Horsham PA, very clean, and the staff are nice and professional too. There is a lab located right next to their office to make it convenient to take lab tests. I feel confident having Dr. Zhihong Zhou, MD as my Primary Doctor.“

“I recently had an MRI on my knee at this facility and had a great experience. The employee who assisted me was exceptional—kind, efficient, and very understanding throughout the process.
The MRI room was comfortable and almost spa-like, which made the experience far more pleasant than an MRI I had at another facility.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a waitlist for earlier appointments. Currently, patients need to call regularly to check for cancellations or openings, which can be inconvenient. Overall, the quality of care and the environment were excellent, and I would recommend this facility to others.“

“I have been going to Plumsteadville Family Practice for the last 20 years. I have seen all of the physicians and many of the NP’s that work there - all are highly skilled and incredibly attentive. There are times when you may have to wait for an appointment; when you have a great practice, you tend to be busy. That being said, I have always been seen quickly when I’ve had an emergent issue.

They are truly a practice who tries to see their patients and attend to the issues that they are able to instead of just referring you to the emergency room. As someone who works in the ER, I have definitely seen the opposite of a lot of practices. I was sent for an emergent cat scan to rule out an appendicitis when my presentation was concerning for it and got to skip the ER copay. I called one weekend with a sick infant after hours. The doc said he had to head into the office to work on some paperwork and told me to bring him in for evaluation. What also impressed me beyond words was when I brought my daughter in with something atypical. My provider’s response was, “It’s not something I’ve seen, and I’m not 100% sure the best way to move forward. I’m going to look into it further.” She came back with a treatment plan that couldn’t have been more thorough. You only get this level of care and service from a practice that truly cares about their patients.

I’ve had migraines from a car accident and been going elsewhere for 10+ years but when that doctor retired and I couldn’t get seen for another 8+ months, I scheduled here and my only regret is not scheduling sooner. Deb is an amazing provider who really takes her time and tries to get to the root of the problem rather than just putting a bandaid on you. I also have to mention Rob, he is so nice and always makes me feel at ease. Would recommend the neurologic group to anyone!“

“Dr. Chang is thorough and knowledgeable about Vestibular issues such as Vertigo. She absolutely knows what she is doing. If you call her office, leave a message and she will definitely call you back. Twice, she returned my phone calls after 9 pm. The only thing is, whether your insurance requires it or not, she absolutely will not see you unless she receives a referral from your doctor.“
