I am a new patient at this practice. I only had one visit thus far. Dr. Hwang was great. However, trying to handle business with them over the phone is a struggle. On Friday 8/28/2026 starting at 1:35 pm, I tried to call the office three times and no one answered the phone. Total wait time 46 minutes. That's not including having to go through the prompts with each call. No one even answered to say please hold someone will be with you shortly. I finally called back and pressed one so that I could at least speak with a human. The doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners have all been great. HOWEVER, if you need anything else, like a referral, information, or even to speak to a person in the office it’s an absolute nightmare. I routinely spend 30+ minutes on hold before I give up. It honestly makes me avoid going to the doctor. I’ve gone to an urgent care over relying on this office. If I could give half a star I would. I called Monday for a referral for a Thursday specialist appointment. It’s now Wednesday and the specialist still has nothing. I’ve left a second message for referrals and requested someone call me to tell me it’s been done but I’m sure I’ll hear nothing.

Customer service is terrible. My mother was waiting for a prescription more than 3 weeks. The doctor never had the message. People could die waiting, they are not doing their job.
