“our furnace went out friday and then came on and went off again, we called donahue's and todd came out. He was great very thorough he explaind things to us even if we did not understand some information. when he was working on the job he communicated the findings with other technicians and then he also submitted the findings to dave and he would give input. S o if you have donahue's you have a team helping you not just one technician. We cannot say how much we were pleased with T odd and Donahue's will recommend then to anyone with no reservations.

“I cannot say enough nice things about this company! Our boiler was broken and another company quoted us >$2000 after charging almost $200 for the quote and another $200 as down-payment for the part (which they said would take 2 weeks to come in!). We called these guys for a 'second opinion' and they were able to fix the problem right then with a simple part they already had with them in their truck! While they were there, they also bled-out the radiators and fixed a few other things. All for less then than $300. They were so nice and so excellent and took their time to fix everything we needed. Never calling any other company again!“

“Jeff and his crew were absolutely amazing with my Mom’s new A/C unit installation!!! Her air conditioner started making noise on a Friday evening. We called and he was out within the hour for an emergency call due to my Mom being on oxygen. He diagnosed the problem and gave her options on cost or repair versus replacing the almost 30 year old unit. The new unit was installed on Wednesday and we are beyond happy with the installation, friendly service and prompt response to any questions and concerns! 5 ⭐️ stars!!!“
