He was great very thorough he explaind things to us even if we did not understand some information. when he was working on the job he communicated the findings with other technicians and then he also submitted the findings to dave and he would give input. S o if you have donahue's you have a team helping you not just one technician. We cannot say how much we were pleased with T odd and Donahue's will recommend then to anyone with no reservations.

“We have an old air conditioner that stopped working properly so I called Fire and Ice to have it checked out. Alan came out the same day and did a thorough inspection to determine the issue and then he sat down with us and explained everything and went over all of the options in detail so we could make an informed decision on what steps to take. We chose to replace the unit instead of putting a band aid on the aging system. They will replace the unit within 3 days of him coming out and I would highly recommend this company. Quick response and fast replacement with what I consider a reasonable price, what more could you ask for.“
