I called around to a couple of HVAC companies seeking help installing a new thermostat. Ours was on the fritz, and got to the point that the AC stopped working altogether the night before Accurate came to the rescue. The other companies didn’t answer their phone nor returned my messages. But Brandon called me back within an hour. When I explained our issue (before we killed our AC completely), he gave me a couple pointers and sent us on our way to do the install on our own. We have done one previously, so I was grateful that he was willing to point us in the right direction rather than giving us a service call. Lately, I've been having a terrible time getting contractors to respond to calls for quotes and service. Accurate returned my call within 2 hours, had a technician come out for a field inspection with one business day, and had the repairs done within one week, and at a very fair price. I received a referral for Accurate Heating & Air Conditioning and they did not disappoint. I called on a Sunday, Brandon quickly responded and placed me on the schedule for the next day. The next day I was updated with an estimated time of arrival. Brandon arrived early, diagnosed the problem, explained in detail the issue and repaired the air conditioning unit. Very professional, responsive, friendly and on time. I definitely recommend Accurate Heating & Air Conditioning and will use their services again in the future.Services: AC repair
