Best service I’ve had to date with anything home-related.
Back story… I’ve had three different companies come out to look at my furnace and was charged each time. Each generally saying that they had no idea what was wrong. After spending about 1k on having them out and them replacing various parts to troubleshoot, I called Demilio.
Demilio returned my call within an hour on a Friday. I they even offered to come out immediately that night, then said they had availability over the weekend. I scheduled for the following Monday due to the break in the weather.
Their technician was prompt and polite. He was prepared with all equipment and had my furnace diagnosed within five minutes which impresses me because of the number of people looking at it before. He called his company to check inventory for repair and also offered me additional options in case I would prefer to upgrade furnace when compared to repair cost. All of this happened within fifteen minutes. They had everything in stock.

We bought our furnace from Demilio Heating and Cooling and were very happy with the furnace, the installation, and the installers. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. I am happy to recommend them.
Our AC/Heat Pump that Demilio installed for the previous owners of our home in 2018 stopped working over the weekend. We filled out an online form and requested to schedule service sometime during the week, thinking they would work us into their schedule. Monday morning at 9am we were called while driving home that a tech was already at our house, which blew us away with the prompt service. The tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a bad capacitor and had it replaced in about 10 minutes.
