We called him out thinking the leak would be a quick fix but with each roadblock we came across, he talked us through and ultimately the problem was fixed after 3 hours and an additional trip to the hardware store. “I just had Abrams Plumbing and Heating come to my rescue.
I recently had catastrophic water damage inside my home. The supply line to my upstairs toilet broke while I was out of town. Twenty-five thousand gallons of water rained through my house over the next 3 1/2 days. Ceilings dropped. Floors warped. Can you spell “m o l d”? Yes, I am still in the process of recovering what was damaged. Meanwhile, why did I go away without shutting off the water? Yeah, well, the shut off was in a crawl space under the stairs, accessible through a kitchen closet - if you got down on your belly with your head on the floor and a flashlight in your mouth to reach through and find it. So Marc and company helped me close the barn door (alas, those horses are gone) so this will never happen again. He moved the shut off handles and installed a Moen flow control device so I can easily both manually and remotely control the water supply to my home.

Working with Marc, Marvin, and Tina was a delight. Marc explained everything that he did to me. He installed two shutoffs so the Moen device can be isolated in the event of future troubleshooting. He replaced two valves to my laundry sink at no additional charge - just because he saw they might fail in the future. He was respectful of my home, he made sure the location of the new hardware would work after my existing fixtures are put back in place, and he patiently answered all of my questions. His pricing was absolutely fair. This company is a gem and I highly recommend them.“
