I wrote a 5-star review 5 years ago, and I'm re-reviewing them because they continue to be excellent! We get preventative maintenance done, and I've always been happy with their service. Sasha who comes is always polite, knowledgeable, and explains things thoroughly. These past couple weeks we had to do a service call because there was a leak! Sasha came out and refilled the refrigerant, explained options if the lines froze again, and because the EPA has changed laws on what type of refrigerant you can use, we would have to change our air handler (utility room) and condenser (outdoor). I figured as much since a friend had to do the same thing, so I knew they weren't yanking...read full review
All the installers were very competent, including the office staff, and the whole work places were covered ; after the completion work, the places were cleaned. We were very, very happy with their work.
My Air conditioner lost power mid summer at 10 pm at night, started to panic as temps rising, called Alex from AAA he was awesome, walked me through a couple things, then directed me to an emergency switch that accidentally got turned off! He knew exactly what it was, and was able to let me know my unit was still under warranty
