She answered all of my questions and had everything in stock that I needed to take home the same day. I had previously purchased a faucet from Lowe's/Home Depot and the handle was leaking like crazy. It may be cheaper initially but the parts are of a lesser quality from these box stores and you end up paying more to a plumber and for home repairs due to the leaks and water damage those cheaper faucets cause.
