“My parents have had this service for over 15 yrs and without a doubt they have always recieved the best service. Nickoli Sandner came to service our boiler, he was outstanding and extremely polite. He took the time to explain to me how my boiler actually works so I could understand it. He was on time and put on protective gear before entering my home. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.”
“Hernan came out today for an AC split that mice had decided to move into. He repaired and sealed up the outside where they came in, took apart the unit inside and made sure the critters were evicted. He knew exactly what he was doing, was efficient and super nice. A HUGE thank you for giving me peace of mind that the room is mouse free!”
“we were looking to get a deep clean of our fairly new Fujitsu, the people at Platinum knew exactly who to send to do the job. We were please and will call them again in the future. we had 4 indoor units serviced and 3 outdoor units.”
