On Friday evening, 4/17 our A/C wasn't turning on even though the thermostat was signaling it to kick on. I knew the outside temp was going to be cooler, so I figured I'd put off calling until the following Monday. By Sunday, 4/19 the outside temp was really dropping, so we switched the thermostat to heat mode, but the heater wouldn't kick on, so I called and spoke to Lauren. She told me a technician could be out in about 4 hours… great for a Sunday afternoon. Manny was here in just under 4 hours.
