David G texted when he was on his way and from the moment he entered the house, his professionalism and caring was displayed. I had a clogged condensate pipe that caused moderate flooding in basement. Clearing the clog was easy, and he presented me with some fixes that would shut down the system if a clog happened in the future (These should have been done with the original installation but were not). “To fix a recurring flooding problem with our backyard patio, Troy Kelius dug a 200-foot-long trench from the patio to the front street and installed in it a catch basin and perfectly pitched 4-inch PVC pipe to carry away excess rain water via gravity. To minimize lawn damage, Troy used relatively light machinery and even hand tools. The clean up was thorough and complete, including a generous amount of grass seed and straw on the lawn "scar." He did all this himself in less than 3 days and at a price more than reasonable. Not only is Troy amazingly competent, thoroughly professional, and unquestionably honest, he is also a very nice person: always prepared to listen, willing to explain, and just a pleasure to talk with.
