Heil Furnace installation technicians Brian and Rick were proficient worked professionally and were good at ensuring my questions and needs were met. Great work and outstanding quality installation. Called UGI late one evening to let them knowthat my heating system was not functioning properly. They asked if I wanted emergency service, told them my system was still heating but thought the blower had a problem and it probably would be ok until morning. Was told that to call them if I lost my heat. Woke up around 6 that morning and noticed my system wasn't working. Called UGI, they arrived in less than 3 hours. To make a long story short they replaced a blower motor with bad bearings.
