**UPDATE 8/4**UGI has since reached out and resolved this issue. A technician was dispatched to make the necessary repair, and AC is back up and running. Thank you for making things right!Beware! Called to have a UGI HVAC specialist over my home about 3 weeks ago in order to diagnose and repair my central AC unit. At the time of the technicians visit, I was told that my central AC had a faulty fan relay, and that is what was causing my AC issue. The technician also advised that I should have my unit's wall thermostat replaced. Fast forward three weeks in the sweltering heat later, and the technician returns today to make the "repair". I have used UGI for many services over the past 20 years. Their services, employees and quality of work has consistently been of the highest quality. I truly hope that the new company appreciates the incredible group of employees that UGI has developed and makes every effort to keep the high level of business ethics, customer service and exceptional skills that I have always received from UGI.Services: AC maintenance
Would highly recommend UGI's service agreement as this is fair and superior to any 3rd party company offering the same. My experiences have been stupendous both with AC and Heating repairs. Professionalism all the way through from the call center to the service techs. Even with Covid they came through with integrity. In this last repair we needed to parts for furnace and they provided a temp fix with a part that would get us through till the new parts arrived. Can't thank them enough for the outstanding service they have twice provided. They care and that is a rarity these days. Never would I use a 3rd party service provider, there's no comparison.
