Dennis and Jay came by today to check my HVAC system. This is the first time somebody has looked in it since we moved in about a year and a half ago, which is totally my fault for the record… that said Dennis and J were both extremely courteous, my daughters enjoyed meeting them and I’ll definitely be giving them a call if I ever have a problem in the future.

Our furnace quit working one night during a cold snap, and while we were waiting to hear back from another company, we called Tennett on a recommendation from our plumber. It was an amazing experience. Matt listened carefully and essentially diagnosed the problem correctly over the phone. He was very responsive. He came over later that same afternoon, fixed the broken part in a jiffy, and then also checked in later to make sure that the heat was continuing to work. Amazing work ethic, efficiency, and friendliness. I am so thankful for what they did. These guys are true professionals, and run an honest family business.
Super respectful, intelligent, hardworking and honestly too fairly priced for the level of professionalism and work quality. Fantastic local family owned business. Known them my whole life and cannot say enough good things about this family. They figured out a problem with my oil burner within an hour when another company spent the day and couldn’t figure it out.. Thank you Tennetts
