“Jerry was incredible! We recently moved into a new home and are still learning all the quirks that come with it, including maintaining an oil-run furnace (a first for us). Tonight around 8:30pm, we realized we suddenly had no heat… and with temperatures dropping into the teens, I called hoping to schedule a next-day fill.

To my surprise, I got a call back almost immediately from a friendly man named Jerry. He didn't want us going without heat tonight. Within 30 minutes, he was at our house.

Jerry not only got our heat back up and running, but he also took the time to explain things we didn't know as new oil-heat owners.

“***UPDATED FOLLOWING FEEDBACK***No issues with this company outside of the delivery. Price was fair and lower than their competitors. However, they showed up at 7:20AM for delivery. Normally we wouldnt mind the early arrival but a heads up would have been appreciated or at least provide a 4 hour window so we can be prepared. If they can improve communication we would have no issues.

“It all started with Darin during the estimate. He gave his honest professional opinion to what made sense for our house. We were in need of new ac units and we were looking to add a heat pump to offset the cost of oil for heating our home. He advised with our current duct work and set up, he would not go with a heat pump. Our 1st floor ducts were not insulated and our 2nd floor ducts were coming from the ceiling. He also recommended adding in a return vent in our basement to help with humidity and using that cooler air down there to cool the rest of our house. Not one other company, and I had 4 come out, recommended this or gave advice against getting a heat pump. For the install Chris and his partner was able to smoothly install the two units in 2 days. We are very pleased with the whole process.“
