Wanted to give a 5 star review to Sila and especially their installers Jose Vilche and Jose Alforo who did a wonderful job under tough conditions in the very cold weather of January 2024. My Sila installed system was having drainage issues and they identified how to solve it after several other techs had not. It required an innovative solution and they made sure it got done quickly so I could get back up and running while temps were in the teens. Recommend the service plans that come with new installs as both regular servicing and issues like these are covered.
If you have a plumbing emergency these are the people to call. Their plumbers will drive to your location like they are Mario Andretti in the Pocono 500. They will cut in front of people, swoop and squat in front of people, speed around cars ignoring possible cross walkers and pedestrians to get to your water emergency. Water won't stop for anyone and neither will Sila heating and air.
