I feel first line treatment recommendations should be provided for dry eye before additional visits but maybe this is standard idk as first time dealing with dry eye. I had to do my own research and found an over the counter option that is helping for now before I decide to do more visits. I like transparency on the purpose of follow ups. Will we be starting treatment, deciding on testing, or reassessing symptoms? I want to be sure I understand the plan is all to make sure the time and money is worth it. ;)“

She helped me through the pre-exam and was so caring and gentle, explaining what she was doing and why each step mattered. She made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and her warm, calm personality instantly puts you at ease. She’s not only helpful and efficient, but genuinely kind—just an all-around lovely person to interact with.

Debbie, the store manager… where do I begin? She truly feels like the glue that holds the whole place together. People coming in and out of this location clearly know her well, and it’s easy to see why. My personal experience with her was excellent: she’s caring, patient, and really listens to what you want and need. She also gives thoughtful recommendations without ever making you feel rushed or pressured.

“This Target is in a great location. There is lots of parking (outdoor). It was easy to ask for help and guest services were able to help me with a return I had as well. The selection was pretty in line with what other Target's offer, which is great. One thing I appreciated was that this location sells reusable, non-plastic bags for $0.10 each, I bought a few because I haven't seen them before.“

The owner, Richard Boehm, welcomed me into the shop and introduced me to Dan Field, who shepherded me through my purchase of glasses. He helped me to choose the most appropriate frames for my needs and face, and advised me on the best lenses to address my vision needs, as well as adjusting the final product on my face for a good fit. I am 100% happy with my glasses and can always go back if I need an adjustment for free.“
