As the healthcare industry continues to be strained and impersonalized it is so refreshing to come across a medical establishment that operates with old fashion values and that being, the human connection and the patient comes first. Even out of network for me but I still use the amazing eye doctors at DaVinci Eye Care! Fabulous folks at every level and connection point! 10/10 rating for sure!!
I arrived for my appointment a little early to check out frames before seeing the doctor. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional and willing to answer any questions I might have. I saw a Dr Presutto and he was extremely knowledgeable and willing to educate me on my questions. My experience with DaVinci eye Care from beginning to end was wonderful. I would highly recommend them!
Absolutely the BEST! Everyone welcoming. Julia at front desk polite as can be. Dr. Presutto was one of the kindest and most thorough docs I have experienced. The office manager Samantha did the final measurements when I came to pick up my new glasses, and the new glasses were right on, needing no adjustments!!! Excellent!
