This was the first Warby Parker store I’ve ever visited, and I was not disappointed. Despite the frames being competitively priced, I always feel like I’m getting a premium/luxury experience. Amy (sales rep) was phenomenal. I ended up purchasing 3 frames w/ prescription from her & it was very simple and easy. The glasses came way earlier than expected too!

This was my first real eye exam. I originally made an appointment at a well known place next door but changed my mind. I’ve walked past this place numerous times and thought I’d give it a shot. I’m quite happy I did. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. The place is bright, clean and big. A+ customer service. Dr. Lim took care of me and I was very pleased with her mannerism and her vibe. They didn’t except my insurance so the eye exam was $85. My glasses were only $95. I’ll definitely be returning.
