“Honestly the best experience of my life at an opticians, and one of the best service experiences anywhere, period. I had an emergency because my old pair of frames broke. Plymouth Opticians carried the same brand so I drove out there to see if I could swap out the lenses into a new frame. Frank Gimbel was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled. He got me into a new pair of frames that I actually like MORE than my old broken pair!! He was able to get everything done within minutes. Amazing guy, amazing store. If you live anywhere near this opticians, you MUST go there for your optical needs. Big 5 stars, well deserved.“
