“I found Holistic vision after years of trying to figure out why my glasses were never quite right. I recently started experiencing panic attacks while driving and not being able to see at all while driving at night- I dreaded being out late! My eye doctor would tell me I’m getting older, this is what happens. They would give me a stronger reading prescription, then he would try glasses for my computer, distance glasses, progressive lenses and nothing helped. I started looking into lasik the cost was 10k out of pocket (insurance didn’t cover it because I didn’t have cataracts). I would have paid it to feel normal and to be able to see plus I probably spent that much or more on glasses over the years.I wanted to be absolutely sure before I made that commitment so I started searching my symptoms and found a doctor talking about BVD, I took the online test which lead me to Dr. Sapossnek and she diagnosed me with convergence insufficiency and prescribed me prism glasses. She told me it’s not necessary an eye issue but how my brain works so she saved me 10k by not getting lasik. I was late diagnosed ADHD and had trouble with reading comprehension my whole life, I wish I had those glasses in grade school. She also recommended a book called the out of sync child -after reading that book it all clicked! I’m sad it took so long to figure out what’s wrong with me, but happy she figured it out! I can’t express the gratitude I feel for this doctor and her staff! As soon as I put on the prism glasses I can see my computer better than ever and no longer suffer with panic attacks while driving. She changed my life!! I appreciate you listening to my issues and all the advice you’ve given me. I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend seeing Dr. S. and her staff they are truly amazing people.“

“Dr. Davis is the best. I’ve lived in New York City, Boston, and Los Angeles, and have seen many eye doctors, including a few affiliated with America’s top medical systems. Dr. Davis is excellent. Anyone who lives in this area is really lucky she’s here.

- I’ve found that to get truly clear and comfortable vision, an eye doctor needs high attention to detail. He or she also must be willing to spend the time. Sadly, some practices are more focused on billing and time quotas. Not here. Dr. Davis genuinely loves the work and takes a lot of pride in patient outcomes. She made sure that I had the best vision that I could possibly have.
- I also want an eye doctor that, in addition to correcting vision, is highly skilled medically, and understands the nuances of overall eye health. Lots of things related to eye health can be caught early, but the doctor must be smart, skilled and experienced. Dr. Davis is all three.
- Anyone who’s been to a doctor knows that front offices can sometimes be a bit painful. Again, not here. Pauline, the office manager, is fantastic. She made sure anything insurance for me was sorted out. She also took the time to ensure I got all the rebates that I could to reduce my cost. The office went above and beyond to find a special pair of glasses for me too. Everyone has a warm personality. Good people hire good people.
