The gentleman that assisted me took his time and showed me the best insecticide product for my outside patio, and entryways that wouldn’t harm my family and dog. I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations for what I figured I could have easily gotten from Home Depot/Lowe’s, well I was wrong. Not sure how long this business has been in its current location, but I’ll definitely be back and telling friends.

However, most importantly, he was VERY honest. After taking a careful look around the entire perimeter and attic, he determined there was no issue. They did some things remotely (bug text photo, Google maps) but came out quickly to measure and do the estimate when an old-house complication came up. It did take a few weeks to get government clearance and schedule but then they were right on time and pretty darn quick and left everything good as new. They didn't even scare away the nesting duck behind the trellis.“
