I am a property manager at a building in Bristol Borough. A few tenants were having a mouse problem. I called a few places and Lethal Pest Solutions had the best maintenance plan. First visit $299 and only $132 every quarter. They will also come out immediately if you are having any issues in between your scheduled visits. During the first visit, Rich, investigated all 4 floors. He planted 3 traps in each apartment and 8 traps in the basement. These traps hold poison in them. I met Gary today. He usually doesn't service Feasterville, but he figured why not for Memorial Day Weekend.*I called Lethal for treating a beehive.Turns out, it was the beginnings of a Paper Wasp nest. Gary treated it, and then suggested that I do the 3-Season Service instead of paying so much more for the Hive treatment.*I accepted his suggestion, and contracted the services of Lethal... before Gary left, he showed me the dead queen wasp!
