“Mike Snyder was fantastic and I recommend him to anyone that is having an insect infestation issue!!!

I left a voicemail for Mike in the morning about a Yellowjacket bee issue that was starting to move into the house. Within an hour Mike called me and reviewed the course of treatment he recommends based on the pictures and video I sent. Mike took the time to explain how they may be entering the house so I would better understand how he was going to address it.

Mike offered to come over later that day after his last scheduled appointment to help, which he was very prompt in his arrival at the time he said he would be at my home.

Mike took the time to walk the external property to confirm the Yellowjacket nest & immediately started treating them. He then toured the interior of the home to make sure there were no other access points & treated all potential areas including the windows so no additional issues being experienced.

Post treatment, Mike took the time to outline what happens next so I can monitor the results of the treatment & encouraged us to contact him if necessary.

I greatly appreciate his help, the information shared & adding to his already long day to help us out.
