“I am a property manager at a building in Bristol Borough. A few tenants were having a mouse problem. I called a few places and Lethal Pest Solutions had the best maintenance plan. First visit $299 and only $132 every quarter. They will also come out immediately if you are having any issues in between your scheduled visits. During the first visit, Rich, investigated all 4 floors. He planted 3 traps in each apartment and 8 traps in the basement. These traps hold poison in them. Within 2 weeks the tenants stopped seeing mice. There were no dead bodies to clean up which made my tenants very happy. When Richie came out for the follow up visit he checked every box. Some were untouched and some were nibbled on. He replaced some of the poison packs. I can’t say enough great things about Rich and how knowledgeable he is regarding pest solutions. He’s punctual. Very thorough with his pest strategies and just an overall nice guy. Lethal is lucky to have him on staff.“

“I hired AAA as I had an issue with a raccoon climbing on my roof and gaining access to the top exterior of my home. Tony and James were professional they set traps baited them and explained the process. He found a small crack near the sink pipe and treated it carefully. The spray had almost no strong smell, which I liked. Within two days the ants reduced a lot and were fully gone after about a week.
