“I am a property manager at a building in Bristol Borough. A few tenants were having a mouse problem. I called a few places and Lethal Pest Solutions had the best maintenance plan. First visit $299 and only $132 every quarter. They will also come out immediately if you are having any issues in between your scheduled visits. During the first visit, Rich, investigated all 4 floors. He planted 3 traps in each apartment and 8 traps in the basement. These traps hold poison in them. Within 2 weeks the tenants stopped seeing mice. There were no dead bodies to clean up which made my tenants very happy. When Richie came out for the follow up visit he checked every box.
