We have been using Environmental Pest for the last several years for wasp extermination. Ted comes out in the spring and we have a wasp free summer!! Incredibly helpful and honest. I live in Virginia and mistakenly called this PA-based business with the same name as a business down here. The call lasted several minutes before either of us recognized the mixup and he was very professional and helpful, providing me with honest insight about what was and was not necessary to remove a squirrel and clean up the mess the squirrel has left in my home. Technicians provided excellent customer service. They were professional looking and pleasant. I know very little about insects but they spoke to me on a level that I understood, explaining the process to eliminate my situation with the huge hornets nest.
