6930 Torresdale Ave, Philadelphia“I’ve been walking into Disston Chiropractic for some time now and every time feels less like stepping into a medical office and more like walking into the home of a family who genuinely cares about your well-being. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted with warmth, kindness, and a sense of belonging that is incredibly rare in today’s fast-paced healthcare world.
The front desk staff set the tone right away—always friendly, professional, and efficient. A special shoutout to Linda, whose bright energy and compassionate nature make every visit feel personalized to me! She remembers your name, your needs, and somehow always knows just when you need a kind word or a smile. She even feeds you sometimes. I still owe them a bag of oranges ? from Florida!!! ???
Dr. DiCarlo brings the perfect blend of professionalism, skill, and heart. You can feel his deep commitment to his patients with every adjustment and every conversation. He listens. He cares. And most importantly, he helps heal.
Then there’s Brianna, the in-house masseuse, who is simply phenomenal. Her hands are intuitive, strong, and restorative—she doesn’t just give massages; she gives relief, calm, and balance. She tunes into your body like a true healer.
And of course, Dr. Ed—what can we say? He’s a legend in his own right. Wise, experienced, and incredibly personable, Dr. Ed brings not only top-tier care but also a grounding presence that patients of all ages can trust and admire.
At Disston Chiropractic, you’re not just a client. You’re part of a wellness family that treats you with respect, empathy, and genuine love. Whether you’re in pain or just maintaining your health, this is the kind of place that will restore both your body and your faith in people.
Highly, highly recommended. ?“

Mike Dellapena was my therapist, and his program allowed for me to recover range of motion, flexibility, and strength in my hamstrings and lower back. By the end of my sessions I was about 75-80% recovered. Continuing the program at home I am now close to 100%, and can touch my toes and move around again without any pain at all. Thank you Mike for your effective therapy and support throughout the process!“

520 S 19th St, Philadelphia“As a former athlete with a previous knee injury, I was in constant knee pain, preventing me from enjoying the gym, which I love a lot. Each gym session was accompanied by pain, and I had to stop my workouts. As a result, I was almost pushed towards knee surgery by my doctor. Before agreeing to the surgery, a friend recommended I get a consult with Zarrett Rehab, and I'm so glad I did!!! Joe and his team are incredible professionals!!! They created an individualized training plan that strengthened my body and helped me to completely eliminate my knee pain, which I thought was impossible. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I am back at the gym, exercising regularly without any discomfort.I am extremely thankful to Zarrett Rehab for their exceptional care and support! If you're in need of physical therapy, I highly recommend their services because they truly know what they're doing, and the results speak for themselves!“

Thanks to Katie, I have made remarkable progress in my recovery and feel stronger, and I have been able to start running again! I highly recommend Katie to anyone in need of physical therapy. Thank you, Katie!“

875 N Easton Rd, Glenside“From my husband who has gone there for 3 months_ Gary Breen writes:
I had two operations on my shoulder in a six month period. One in March and the other in September. The first one was a shoulder replacement and the second was to remove a buildup of scar tissue. I was told by the surgeon that I had to start physical therapy the very next day after the second surgery. After my first surgery I was going to a different PT place. I stopped going there because the surgeon told me that there is no reason to go to PT until the arthroscopic surgery was done. After that surgery I tried to make an appointment to continue with them but they could not accommodate me. The surgeon was quite adamant about starting PT the next day.
I had to find another place.
My wife previously was a patient at Glenside. She said that she liked the trainer who worked with her on her hip. She said that his name is Kyle and previously in the past was a cheerleader for the Philadelphia Eagles.
When I called to make an appointment the individual to whom I spoke was very friendly. He said that there would be no problem starting and was assigned a therapist by the name of Kelly. For the most part Kelly worked with me. However, there were times that other therapists worked on my shoulder. All of them were friendly, caring and well-schooled. With all their help I progressed very quickly.
I highly recommend Glenside Physical Therapy. I really landed on my feet when I chose them.“

Clearly they know what they're doing and were open and honest about realistic expectations for recovery. Did not like another place I tried years ago, they were typical medical product / service providers and were only interested in keeping me as a perpetual customer.“

1615 Bustleton Pike, Feasterville-Trevose“I cannot thank Jayson and Iron Physio enough for the incredible PT care I was given during my ACL rehab. If you are in need of Physical Therapy- seriously look no further than Iron Physio!! The environment was always positive, fun and professional.
I had a high grade partial ACL tear and received opposing opinions from surgeons- two drs said I needed the ACL reconstruct to get back to my normal activities and another dr said to try and rehab it. I was so overwhelmed with the mixed opinions and timelines to get back to my life, but Jayson and Marty took the time to walk me through all my options and helped me make the decision that felt right to me, which ultimately led to healing my ACL without surgery (which I am told is a big deal so again shoutout Iron Physio!!!!)
Throughout the rehab process things were up and down with my pain and it would sometimes move around to new places. The big difference that sets Iron Physio apart, is that every session they would take the time to listen and understand where I was at physically and mentally in order to care for my specific needs- it was never a generalized one size fits all approach. When I originally started I thought Physical Therapy was what it sounded like- physically gaining back strength, but they taught me a huge portion of the recovery process is also mental. So, they not only helped me gain my strength back tenfold, but also made sure I was mentally prepared to get back to the things I enjoyed.
I cannot stress enough the many frustrating encounters I had with other drs and insurance and blah blah blah who treated me like a number, but Jayson always took the time to clarify things in simple terms and answer my many many questions (10 months of rehab with a yapper like me must be exhausting) but no matter the topic he was always kind, respectful and always found a way to explain to me that whatever I was going through/feeling was valid and or normal during rehab.
So once again, giving the biggest thank you and recommendation I could possibly give to Jayson and Iron Physio for helping me in every possible way throughout my ACL recovery. You guys are the best in the business!!!

I was referred to the Grant location for Cognitive therapy for. Brain injury and this place had a completely different vibe . It feels like you’re at home with people who are nice and genuinely care .I actually look forward to coming here which is a rare thing ! The staff starting from the ladies at the front desk to the Therapist are the nicest people . I got to work with Gabi, and not only is she incredibly knowledgeable (I saw immediate results after just one session with her!!) and professional, she is so understanding and empathetic. Restore PT puts so much effort into making the space comfortable for every patient that walks through the door. I had such a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, it was cut short due to a family emergency and I wasn't able to complete all of my sessions. But I am continuing with exercises/stretches and am noticing improvement daily. Gabi actually reached out to me to follow up and check-in on how I was doing. She truly cares about my health, and makes me feel so supported and like I can reach out to her with any needs. I highly recommend Restore PT & Pelvic Health, cant say it enough!“

I had never been to PT before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Naomi was great at making me feel comfortable, educating me and motivating me to try new things. I was even able to include my husband and baby on a session. Atlantic Physical Therapy has helped me cruise through postpartum and improved my pain drastically. I was surprised each week at the progress I was making and how far I had come. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Physical Therapy for expectant and postpartum mothers.“

They are a GODSEND! My Joshua simply ADORES Denise. Her hands-on approach is stellar and my boy is learning new things and I couldn’t be happier!
Not to mention she got a table & chairs, to mirror what Joshua is learning in school. She certainly stent have to but she did. She went and continues to to ABOVE & BEYOND and my heart is incredibly light!“

With personalized support I was able to get my pain under control and I still practice the routines today. I came back in 2020 for a rotator cuff issue. Again, after a well planned routine that progressed through treatment, my shoulder issue was resolved without surgery.
But aside from top quality care, the people who work here are genuinely caring, kind, and funny.“

9622 Bustleton Ave # 4, Philadelphia“All the staff at the Bustleton Ave location are highly professional and skilled, but still friendly and personable. I don't want to be treated by well-trained robots and that is NOT what you get at Montco Rehab. I've made excellent progress clinically with the help of therapists Jackie and Frank (there was a staff switch after I started, but everything worked out quite well), and I've come to trust the team so much that I'm planning on seeking additional referrals to treat other long-standing issues when I'm finished dealing with my broken/replaced shoulder. Aides Mia and David keep a watchful eye on all the patients and provide much needed support - moral and physical. Carol has kept my account up to date and running smoothly.
All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better first-time PT experience, and I'm very grateful to the Montco Rehab team for all their help!“

I had done training at a different private studio for months in the nearby area, but I only realized how poor that quality was until I came here and experienced true excellence in personal training. Aside from being very friendly and approachable, Brandon has a wealth of knowledge. Brandon gives a great work out, while also giving you knowledge that helps facilitate a safe and productive workout - skills that can last a lifetime if you are able to listen and learn. I am grateful to have found this facility, and will recommend it to all!“

“Over the years, I’ve had many types of P.T. Sessions, but none compared to Kelly’s expertise and caring personality. I felt her techniques were designed especially for me. I’m already moving better, and even felt so after the first session. Thanks Kelly!“
