I went from being honestly a bit skeptical of the significant efficacy of PT, to being mind blown by the knowledge of the human body that was shown and the exact step by step customized treatment plan that greatly improved my range of motion, strength, and confidence in doing everyday tasks and exercises again.
I went from not being to even hold a plank position without my right arm shaking - which was honestly a bit demoralizing, to being able to do 20 straight push ups with absolute ease again. I’ve never felt as euphorically relieved and excited to be able to do a push up in my life haha.
