Moon Rehab and Wellness: Physical Therapy, Fitness and Massage

This review is long overdue! I've been coming to Moon Rehab since last summer as I've been dealing with a lot of neck, mid back and low back pain and they've been a godsend! Most of the time I get deep tissue/sports massages with Paulina and I definitely wouldn't be able to be as active as I am without them, I regularly weight lift at the gym and do marathons and hike when I can.

I scheduled a PT visit with Jeff for chronic back/shoulder pain caused by sitting at a desk all day. From my first visit, Jeff was professional, efficient, and focused on treating the pain holistically by getting to the root cause. In just a few sessions, he was able to target the problem areas and develop an effective treatment plan. It was efficient and well worth it. The staff was nice and welcoming, and the facilities were top notch. Definitely recommend.

The shockwave therapy treatments at Moon Rehab were more effective than I thought! Tried different PT places to treat my shoulder pain but nothing helped. I appreciate how honest Jeff was about the recovery timeline and what to realistically expect. Really wish I came here first!
