Started therapy a few weeks ago. First time at willow groge therapy. Evaluation was well explained to me as far as treatment and goals. Gina took her time to really listen and explain things really well. Afrer starting therapy it's the same way, she explains things and doesn't just tell you what to do but she tells you what not to do and explains why. Then she explains why things are the way they are and how the nerves and everything work. It is very educational. I think it is really important to understand why you're in this position and why certain things are the way they are and how to work on fixing them. I definitely recommend going here. This is the first time, in qiite some time, I feel comfortable about being in therapy and I have a real positive attitude about everything especially for my goals. I just found out the other day that my sister-in-law is going to Willow Grove therapy and she loves it.
