Great experience! Thank you, Artem, for getting me back to working out without pain and with more confidence! Most importantly, providing me with the knowledge and tools, aka correct moves, stretches and exercises, to keep me going on my own. Next Level PT is 10 stars. I went primarily for a chronic lower back (Left SI) problem that has been an issue for years, and very unpredictable. It could flare up for no readily apparent reason and cause significant pain for days and longer, sometimes weeks. During my first 2 one hour visits, Artem provided a comprehensive evaluation (e.g., joint mobility and measurement, squatting, walking/running, taking pictures and video, etc.) to determine the root cause of my problem. Long story short, he not only helped address my low back, but also plantar fasciitis in my right foot and lingering right knee issues from long ago ACL reconstruction. I went to Next level Physical therapy with chronic tendonitis in my left arm. I had been through physical therapy before and seen multiple doctors to address the issue. The tendonitis only grew worse. Next Level conducted a thorough analysis of my body mechanics and posture. I worked with Artem Imnadze he was able to identify the root cause and provide static and active exercises to address the root cause and keep it from returning. I recommend Next level for anyone who is having chronic pain and normal medical means are working for you.
