“As a high level lacrosse player going through their recruitment process, staying healthy is an absolute must in order to not miss out on any opportunities. I came to Next Level with a specific injury that had bothered me for months all throughout my past summer season. I was given a clear and personalized plan of recovery straight away, and when I came back to competing, I was even stronger than I was before. Since then, Next Level has become apart of my routine. I check in weekly/monthly for analysis, which has helped me maintain my health. It’s put a new emphasis of recovery in my life and what it means to be an athlete, truly changing my game. I also feel that what uniquely separates Next Level from other PT’s that I have been to is the atmosphere. Next Level has a thoughtfully dedicated staff that simply cares. I not only look forward to improving myself when I come in for my sessions, but seeing the familiar faces.”
